This limited adult test checks account registration, email activation and login on The Game Room SA. Reviewer and tournament services remain closed. This notice covers this test only, not a general member launch.
Information used for the test
The registration form collects a username, first name, last name, email address and password. WordPress and Ultimate Member store account details, a password hash, account status, activation information and last-login information. The safeguard records the verified email address. Login uses account/session cookies.
We use this information to create the test account, verify access to its email address, provide login and check whether those steps work. Do not submit payment information, identity documents or other sensitive details. Public member profiles, member directories and member photo/file uploads are blocked.
Messages and service providers
Activation and welcome emails are expected at the approved test mailbox. The existing site-administrator notification is also enabled and can include submitted registration details. Authorized administrators can access account information. Hosting, email and other site-service providers may process information involved in running the site and delivering messages.
MailPoet can synchronize the account into its WordPress Users group. For a previously unused email, the checked settings indicate an unconfirmed record is expected. An existing record may retain its previous status. Registering this account is not agreement to receive marketing messages. Actual records and messages will be checked during testing.
Keeping and removing test information
The test account will be removed after testing once it is confirmed no longer needed. Account removal does not automatically remove every related MailPoet record, email, log or backup. Those records require separate review; complete or immediate erasure is not promised.
